HawkEye-Cue ("we", "our", or "us") operates the HawkEye-Cue web application and browser extension. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and encrypted password through AWS Cognito.

Website Content (Browser Extension): The browser extension reads text content on social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) solely to match against your saved keywords. This content is processed locally in your browser and is not stored on our servers unless you explicitly save a post as a lead.

Authentication Tokens: The extension stores a session token locally to keep you signed in.

Leads and Appreciations: When you choose to save a lead or appreciation, the post content and author name are stored in your account.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide keyword matching and lead detection while you browse social media
• To store and display your saved leads and appreciations
• To generate AI-powered content for your social media posts
• To publish scheduled posts to your connected social accounts

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• AWS: Cloud infrastructure for hosting and authentication
• Bundle.social: To publish posts to your connected social media accounts (only when you explicitly connect and schedule posts)
• Stripe: To process subscription payments (we do not store credit card numbers)

Data Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Authentication is handled by AWS Cognito with industry-standard security practices.

Browser Extension Specifics

The HawkEye-Cue browser extension:

• Only reads page content on facebook.com, instagram.com, linkedin.com, and tiktok.com
• Processes keyword matching locally in your browser
• Only sends data to our servers when you explicitly click "Save as Lead" or "Save Appreciation"
• Does not track browsing history or activity outside of the supported social media sites
• Does not inject ads or modify page content beyond the hawk icon overlay

Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can disconnect social accounts and remove saved leads from the Settings page.
